Mylar is a metalized plastic sheeting designed to reflect 95% of the light that hits it. High infrared reflectance keeps heat where it should be. Put it on the walls around your plants to reflect light back to the plants. 

This is also a commonly used product for photography. We recommend buying Mylar in rolls for photography purposes as there will be no kinks or creases in the film that way.
